The Platteville Business Incubator, Inc. (PBII) is a non-profit organization formed   for the purpose of promoting business start-ups in the Platteville area. PBII’s     mission is to provide assistance to new and expanding businesses for
their growth and success. 

The business incubator building is located at 52 Means Drive in the Platteville Industry Park off of Highway 151. Access to the incubator is now even more convenient using the 4 lane Highway 151 corridor, which opened in 2005. Any new qualifying business would find this facility to be a very attractive location to grow. Affordable lease rates are available for office, manufacturing, distribution and warehouse space.
